'Avengers 3' Spoilers, Plot & Release Date: 'Guardians Of The Galaxy' Crossover To 'Infinity Wars' Confirmed
While, "Avengers 3" is still far away from its 2018 release, rumors and speculations about the movie's plot, story and cast members have already started making rounds.
New reports suggest "Guardians of the Galaxy" will take part in "Avengers: Infinity War." Screenwriters, Christopher Markus and Stephen McFeely, who are known for their work in the Marvel cinematic universe, have confirmed a "Guardians of the Galaxy" crossover in a recent interview with Nerdist.
When asked if fans will see the "Guardians of the Galaxy" appear in Infinity War, Markus said, "Certainly interested in it! It's very interesting. Let me put it this way. You know who owns that gauntlet, right? And you know who's in another movie, whose kids are in that movie..."
"It's a big universe," added McFeely, according to Comic Book Resources. "You do the math!" Markus concluded.
It is reported that "Avengers: Infinity War" parts one and two will have a lot of superheroes banding together to fight Thanos (Josh Brolin).
Information about which cast members will be present in the upcoming superhero adventure "Avengers 3" is very scare right now, but directors Anthony and Joe Russo have previously teased that there will be upwards of 67 Marvel characters in the movie.
In another interview with The Verge, screenwriters Markus and Feely hinted that fans might even get to see Rocket Raccoon in the upcoming "Avengers 3" movie.
"Whether they're a 12-foot purple guy, or a raccoon, or an android, they're all people, and we're going to write them as people," explained Markus.
"You can't write them any other way. So, ideally it will stay grounded because you'll completely understand why the characters are doing what they're doing, and you will in some way or another empathize."
"Avengers: Infinity War" Part 1 is expected to hit theaters on May 4, 2018, while, Part 2 will arrive in May 2019.
