By Megha Kedia | Update Date: May 25, 2016 06:00 AM EDT

Jordan Brand fans' wait will be finally over this weekend when the Air Jordan 12 "Flu Game," one of most coveted silhouettes from the Air Jordan line, will get released on Saturday, May 28.

The Air Jordan 12 "Flu Game," an iteration of the 12, is one of the most widely popular Air Jordans due to Michael Jordan's magnificent Game 5 performance in the 1997 NBA finals against the Utah Jazz, when he battled it out while having the flu. Michael put up 38 points and lead his team to a victory. The Air Jordan 12 "Flu Game" is back in all of its glory almost 19 years later, according to The Source.

The model was originally released in 1997 and was last offered in 2009. It is to be noted that the forthcoming variation will be a remastered edition of its original style.

Constructed from premium tumbled leather, the shoe features black finished upper, inner lining and laces with a red forefoot, outsole, tongue and rear portion.

The Air Jordan 12 'Flu Game' silhouette is set to release at a set price of $190 on May 28 online at Jordan Brand retailers as well as online at Nike.com, according to Kicks On Fire.

The Air Jordan 12 GS "University Blue" was also released recently. The design consists of a pristine white leather across the upper, with touches of blue prominent on outsole, rear section, inner lining, pull tabs, outsole and branding on the tongue to punctuate its simplistic two-tone color scheme. Gold also makes an appearance on the upper eyelets. The Air Jordan 12 GS "University Blue" is currently retailing for a price tag of $140.
