The newly-released "NBA 2K17" video game is packed with both good and bad reviews, but which between the two actually stood out?

The tech site hinted that it is just a small speck of a problem compared to the kind of gaming experience that it is capable of providing. Thus, it recommended not to dwell on "minor niggles" since it "isn't just a great basketball game or a great sports game - it's a fantastic game, full stop."

In the meantime, Luke Plunkett of Kotaku noted some improvements in "NBA 2K17's" MyCareer Mode.

Accordingly, the developer has already addressed the issues raised about its predecessor, despite the fact that the new version's overall structure is almost the same as the previous one.

"Gone are the flamboyant opening credits, the excessively personal cutscenes, the need for every story development to have some kind of drama," the game reviewer said.

Highlighting the cutscenes in the latest version of the basketball video game, it was pointed out that the rumors injected into each of them in "NBA 2K17" are definitely giving its players "enough warmth and genuine humour along the way."

Plummet attributed this impact to the "fantastic job" that the writer and voice talent have done for the cutscenes to appear more appealing and fun.

Furthermore, the reviewer noted that "innocent little jokes and quirks" have also added to the novelty yet fun approach of presenting the cutscenes in "NBA 2K17," the review said.
