There is no IP68 water resistant rating available in the Pixel phones of Google whereas Apple excels in this field.
The Pixel and iPhone 7 are similar when it comes to size. Pixel models are available in 5-inch or 5.5inch model. On the other hand, the iPhones are available in 4.7-inch version or 5 inches.
There is the difference in the display of both these phones. The retina screen of iPhone 7 has a 1334/750 resolution. On the other hand, the Google Pixel appears in full HD that is 1440/1920 pixels. The pixel per inch in ale is 326ppi on the other hand Pixel phone manages 424ppi.
The iPhone is available in different colors like silver, gold, rose gold, black and jet black, whereas Google Pixel is available in black silver and blue color.
Ale is a brand with lots of experience in this industry whereas Google has just begun. Both the phones are equally good. It depends on upon the choice and usage of the user.
