Two firms are likely to bring Tesla's new solar roof tiles and it would be a souped u version to Powerwall home battery solution in Australia.CSR Bradford recently announced to expand its program for new Australian housing estates which will be built with Tesla Powerwall batteries created with a standard.

Tesla exposed the roofing tiles having solar panels built into them. There are four designs of these roof tiles which appear as if traditional roofing. These may include a textured glass tile, a slate glass tile, a smooth glass tile with a modern look and Tuscan a tile with a slate appearance.

From a distance these tiles give traditional look but if you look straight on you will be able to see a solar panel inside. In a news conference in California several homes installed with these tiles were shown by Tesla and it was a desperate housewives set.

Those attending the news conference said that the roofs look stunning and no one can judge from the ground that the homes are full of solar panels. The concept is perfect but no one is aware of the fact that how profitable this venture is going to be and who will make the tiles.

Maybe Solar City the largest US home solar system installer starts manufacturing these tiles in mid-2017. An electronics giant based in Japan will make solar cells for the tiles and batteries.

It is believed that version 2 of Tesla's Powerwall will be double the capacity of the original Powerwall. It will be comprised of 14 Kilowatt- hours of electricity which can power a four bedroom house for a day.

CSR Bradford has started working with builders to offer Tesla Powerwall 2.0 as a standard in new homes with no extra cost. The firm has already partnered with Arden homes and Mojo homes to fit the Bradford Solar charger pack along with Tesla Powerwall.

People are ready to move into the world of renewable energy and they are showing huge interest in these products as they are tried and tested in consumer homes.
