'American Horror Story' Season 6 Episode 8 brought a rampage of deaths and terrifying moments, as promised by the show's creator Ryan Murphy.

Here's a recap of the horrifying Episode 8 of 'American Horror Story.'

The said episode continued to focus on the Polk family, the cannibal neighbors who tortured the Millers in the telling of 'My Roanoke Nightmare.' In a bid to seduce Lee Harris (Adina Porter), Jether Polk (Finn Wittrock) is outsmarted by her,as Lee overcomes him with a chokehold and makes her escape.

Lee then finds Audrey (Sarah Paulson) in midst of Mama Polk plucking her teeth as Monet escapes into the woods, fleeing from the Polk boys. As a revenge, Audrey bashes Mama Polk's head.

Audrey and Lee then make their way back to the house only to find dead bodies of Matt and Shelby's. Dominic (Cuba Gooding Jr.) tells them that Shelby slits her own throat over the guilt of killing her husband, Matt. But Audrey and Lee refuse to believe him and instead lock Dominic out of the room, putting him right in the path of Piggy Man, who stabs him to death.

Just when Audrey is about to leave, Lee, who had confessed to the killing of her husband in Jether Polk's camera, convinces Audrey to back to Polk farm to collect evidence of the murders. As they prepare to leave, they are relieved to encounter Dylan dressed as Piggy Man.

The upcoming Season 6 Episode 9 preview shows Audrey and Lee desperately talking to the camera seeking help and pleading that the murders are for real. Speculations suggest that the duo will do everything they can to get back to civilization and convince everyone at the same time that what they encountered was, in fact real. However, if only one has to survive, then Audrey could be the sole survivor, Carter Matt reported.

In the preview of Episode 9 of the series,a new character is shown attempting to warn the police that the Blue Moon is coming which might be the supposed final twist of the series. These speculations will be confirmed as American Horror Story: Roanoke airs next Wednesday on FX.
