Rumors are piling up on the internet regarding the Samsung Galaxy S8 and S8 Edge. The leaks are about the release date, design, features, and specifications.

Consumers are impatiently waiting or the release date of Samsung Galaxy S8. There was an explosion in the battery of Galaxy Note 7 and it was followed by a recall. Fans are now desperate to know what this company is doing next.

The year 2016 was a very strong year for Samsung but unfortunately, problems raised with Galaxy Note 7. In fact, this device crashed and burned.  Otherwise, S7 and S7 Edge were the best Smartphones in the market.

The impressive design of S6 was further improved, the camera was much better, there was a vast improvement in battery life, and some new features arrived like water resistance and micro-SD slot.

The Galaxy S8 will be announced on 26th of February 2017 a day before the Mobile World Congress and it may be released in March. This device may have improved curved display  and it will have two models termed as Dream and Dream2 and the model numbers will be SM-G950 and SM-G955.

According to speculation, the Galaxy S8 might be launched with Samsung Gear 360 Pro camera and there might be an introduction of new voice assistant named 'Bixby'.

The Galaxy S8 will feature Qualcomm's Snapdragon 830 chip or it may have Samsung's Exynos 8995 along with a 4K display and an edge style screen but this has not been announced as yet.

Furthermore, this device may have a new slick design, an improved camera and it may finally have an enhanced artificial intelligence service.

Officially Samsung has not disclosed anything. All the information is based on internet leaks. Things might unfold during the Mobile World Congress which will start from February 27 next year.
