Bethesda grabbed his disappointed players back with the latest announcement of the release of Fallout 4 1.8 update patch on his Twitter update.

He tweeted, "Fallout 4 1.8 Update is live on PC today. Xbox One and PS4 are in certification. Come back for updates."

Bugs Fixed and Performance Improved in Fallout 4

The new update of Fallout 4 is boosted with significant bug fixes and enhanced performance thus ensuring that PC gamers and PS4 gamers would be getting the mods. So the PS4 gamers have something awaiting them this month. As the 1.8 update patch is live for PC, it looks like they might as well be getting their patches.

The Fallout 4 1.8 patch update intends to improve sound effects, fix bugs that cause occasional crashes, and reduce pixilation of images.

Bethesda fixes the disappointment with latest 1.8 update...

The following were the important fixes that the update has ensured;

• Fixed the issue with sound effects
• Resolved all the issues related to occasional crash that happen while entering Main Menu and other data related errors.
• Rating WIP- Work in Progress Mods after downloading
• Browse-able tiles in the Mods Menu has been doubled
• Fixed an issue in which Library and/or Favorite Mods categories would not display correctly in specific situations
• Fixed an issue related to loading Mods images and their quick scrolling

and more. 

The Fallout development Team posted on Twitter saying, "Our next title update for Fallout 4 will add PS4 Mod Support. We expect it to release this month. Stay tuned for updates".

Modders get your Creation Kit for PS4

Also, Bethesda and Sony are again working together on the PS4 mods to ensure that the PS4 community gets the most out of the post-apocalypse world experience. Bethesda has finally updated the final piece of Fallout 4's Creation Kit to support mods on PS4 with his latest update. Modders can now visit the official Bethesda.net launcher to update the PS4 mods' creation kit.
