Skyrim Special Edition Update 1.1 Disappinting, Beta Patch v1.2 Released
Skyrim has run into trouble again. A few days back, Bethesda released the Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim Special Edition was released, and players have since then complained about a lot of issues, some of them being the game not looking particularly next-gen, while some had issues with sound and load games.
It has been reported that the game on PC, XBOX One and PS4 has been going through certain issues since players downloaded the 1.1 patch. Save games are in trouble as the game crashes when trying to load a save file. This has been noted and reported by many Reddit and Steam users who are not pleased about it. Moreover, this issues is plaguing both the modded and non-modded versions of the game.
The issues are being faced by only some people, and others have reported the game to be working fine. A majority of the users are displeased and therefore this has led Bethesda to release a beta patch v1.2.
There have been numerous posts made about what the patch does and what issues it solves, the post from the developer on official Skyrim forums can be found here. The patch solves all the "noted concerns" and after this update, Bethesda would work to release it on the consoles, and would be venting console owner's concerns about the playability of the game.
