"Fast 8" star Dwayne Johnson doesn't like to mince words. In fact, the wrestler-turned-actor doesn't care if he offends other people's sensibilities as long as he is able to speak out his mind.

In August, the WWE superstar called certain "Fast 8" co-stars as "candy asses" in an Instagram post, a comment which he doesn't regret making to this day. Although the 44-year-old pro-wrester didn't name the actors he was alluding to, there were speculations that one of the stars he was referring to was no other "Fast and Furious" mainstay, Vin Diesel.

Dwayne Johnson's rant against his "Fast 8" co-actors may have hit a raw nerve. But it seems he doesn't have plans of taking back his harsh words, according to the Los Angeles Times

"Some conduct themselves as stand-up men and true professionals, while others don't," he wrote in his scathing post. "When you watch this movie next April and it seems like I'm not acting in some of these scenes and my blood is legit boiling - you're right," he added.

The "GI Joe" actor is just staying true to character, as he admitted that he finds it difficult to mask his true feelings. It was in 2008 when he decided that it was time for him to stop conforming to the dictates of Hollywood and just be himself. After many years of trying to emulate the leading man looks of George Clooney and Will Smith, he realized that it was time to return to his roots - being a wrestler

In the meantime, despite the brewing tension between Dwayne Johnson and his "Fast 8" co-star Vin Diesel, the latter namechecked the "Gridiron Gang" actor in a Facebook Livestream"The role that was originally written for Tommy Lee Jones, we gave it to Dwayne and he shined in it," the "Witch Hunter" star dished out in the live stream

Diesel's video stream came after praising Scott Eastwood, Nathalie Emmanuel, and Tyrese Gibson, while visibly omitting Vin Diesel. Despite Dwayne Johnson's blistering comments against his "Fast 8" co-actors, the movie is expected to once again rule the global box office.
