The "Blade Runner 2049" trailer had just been released and it showed the Ryan Gosling-Harrison Ford tandem as the stars of the new installment. Although the movie has great reviews over the course of its legacy, the second installment had been deemed to be the make or break of the franchise.

Fans are hungry for spoilers now that the "Blade Runner 2049" trailer has been shown for the first time. Thirty years since the first installment, the teaser clip showed off a secret that may further expound the story of the franchise along with the entry of K, played by Ryan Gosling.

The introduction K in the "Blade Runner" trailer has added a new and different flavor to the film franchise. The apparent disagreement between Rick Deckard, played by Harrison Ford, and K may be the only thing that would keep the future together, reported Cinema Blend.

Another takeaway from the "Blade Runner" trailer was that the streets got a little wet in futuristic L.A. Although Deckard has been used to the desert scene in the '80s installment, Earth may be the exile place for those who do not want or need anything else in the universe.

Unfortunately, the trailer did not give out much spoilers for the upcoming movie. However, Warner Bros. released the synopsis of the film and claimed that the story will be distinct from the first installment and that the fans should expect the unexpected. "Blade Runner 2049" may also have a comedic theme to it.

As reported by Slash Film, the "Blade Runner 2049" trailer proved that the sequel was an inevitable occurrence. The plague presented with the futuristic theme of the movie showed that it has more room for stories to tell. In fact, the first installment introduced unsolved mysteries that may finally be answered.

With the "Blade Runner 2049" trailer released, will the unanswered questions about Rick Deckard's true identity and mission be revealed? Catch the movie release in theaters on Oct. 6, 2017.
