In the continuation of "Quantico" Season 2 in January, fans are going to watch the Priyanka Chopra lead television series in a different timeslot as announced by the show's writers on Twitter. ABC moved the program to a different schedule every Monday from its usual Sunday slot.

Quantico WritersRoom shared that "Quantico" Season 2 is going to be seen on Monday nights at 10:00 p.m. once it returns on Jan. 23. As this will be all new for everyone, it promised that fans are going to witness more intense drama and episodes ever revealed. The show replaced the timeslot of the legal drama "Conviction" that didn't have additional episodes from its original 13 chapters.

Allegedly, there are surfacing reports that "Quantico" Season 2 is experiencing poor ratings that cause the move. In fact, Deadline reported that it decreases double digits year-to-year on Sunday. The thriller series has been a big hit in its first year that it quickly received a renewal breaking DVR records with triple-digit boosts.

However, some say that the "Quantico" Season 2's change of schedule is quite expected. This is mere because ABC is experiencing a bad rating when it comes to its shows falling below its usual season average. "Once Upon a Time," "Secrets and Lies," and "Quantico" ratings are all incredibly decreasing that just earn below one percent of viewers in 18 to 49 demographic from Nielsen's live-plus-same-day tally.

Previously, "Quantico" was a groundbreaking hit attracting all kinds of ratings from live, delayed and C3 ratings that draw advertisers more, Variety cited. But as "Quantico" Season 2 continues to reveal impressive percentage earnings in late viewing, it is now starting to illustrate a much lower based on its recent episodes only receive 0.7 in the demo with fewer than 3 million viewers. Now, the show is being filmed in New York that makes it save 30 percent of its production cost.
