'Wrestlemania 33' Spoilers, Latest News & Update: Undertaker Last Ride May Be Against John Cena Or Roman Reigns [POLL]

With John Cena’s return, the "WWE" rumor mill has gone wild on when the Undertaker may follow suit. As most know, both "WWE" icons are expected to collide at "Wrestlemania 33" in Orlando though nothing has been made official.

John Cena will be facing "WWE SmackDown" champion AJ Styles at the Royal Rumble 2017, aiming to tie the 16 heavyweight titles that Ric Flair currently holds. Cena has yet to defeat the “Phenomenal One” so a victory could be within reach. But lurking in the background is the possible intrusion of the Undertaker. He could appear after the Cena-Styles encounter or even get involved.

Should the “Phenom” do the latter, it means Cena will incur yet another loss and make it difficult for the creative team to script him another title-shot. If Cena wins, it could be a title opportunity for the Undertaker at "Wrestlemania 33". With word that the “Dead Man” could be competing in his last "Wrestlemania", the match may be nothing more than a send-off which should have happened at "Wrestlemania 32".

If not Cena, there is word that Roman Reigns could be facing the Undertaker as well. With Vince McMahon still favoring the “Big Dog” a cross-brand match could make sense. It may, however, hurt the stock of Reigns who has had his struggles with the "WWE" Universe, Wrestlezone reported. Before all that, there is the "Royal Rumble" that needs to be settled.

The Undertaker could be one of the 30 participants and potentially win it all for a title-shot at "Wrestlemania 33". That said, the “Dead Man” and either Cena or Reigns don’t necessarily have to come face-to-face. The Undertaker could make the announcement in the regular shows, obviously eyeing one last championship match. To date, nothing has been booked for the Undertaker with only three matches booked, the Wrestling Observer reported.
