There is much excitement over "Kong: Skull Island", especially since the highly anticipated blockbuster features two major Marvel Cinematic Universe stars. Not much is known about the character that will be played by future "Captain Marvel" actress Brie Larson. Luckily, a new promo reveals exciting new details about Tom Hiddleston's Captain James Conrad.

Tom Hiddleston is undoubtedly a huge part of "Kong: Skull Island", but Taylor Swift's ex-boyfriend might not be the biggest star of the film. The short video puts the focus on Captain James Conrad and also reveals the character's shocking fate. Will Hiddleston's character survive his encounter with the monster-sized gorilla?

The "Kong: Skull Island" promo confirms that Tom Hiddleston will play former British Special Air Service captain James Conrad, who has also served in Vietnam with the Australian Air Force. It does not reveal why Conrad is now a hunter, but the video strongly suggests that Hiddleston's character will end up being hunted in the film.

It's no secret that "Kong: Skull Island" will feature a massive ape who will put Tom Hiddleston's character in his place for invading his territory.
