Microsoft Project Scorpio News & Update: Tech Giant’s People Hint 2017 Release; Xbox One’s New Version A ‘Beast’ Gaming Console
It looks like 2017 is the year of Microsoft Project Scorpio as people behind the tech giant hint its coming. The aforementioned assignment is believed to be the second version of Xbox One and is believed to be a "beast" gaming console.
The team developing Microsoft Project Scorpio rolled out their messages for 2017 deeming that it is the year for the platform. The head of Xbox games marketing Aaron Greenberg made the fans excited by asking them in a tweet if they are "ready for the beast." The Xbox community manager Josh Stein, on the other hand, also welcomes everyone for the coming of the "year of the Scorpio."
They are not the only ones who teased the coming of Microsoft Project Scorpio this 2017. Of course, Xbox chief Phil Spencer also has his own message saying that it would be a good year for the game enthusiasts. "Work to do on games, platform, XBL and hardware, fun times. I'm waiting to hype until we show games," he said, per Daily Express. Evidently, they are now all building the hype for the coming new version of Xbox One.
Meanwhile, as it is strongly believed that Microsoft Project Scorpio is coming this year, it is reported that Microsoft also hints the price of the second edition of Xbox One. In an interview with AusGamers, Spencer revealed that the new gaming console would cost just like any other game platforms. As there are assumptions that it is worth like a high-end PC, he contradicted it saying that they are not trying to "compete with a high-end rig."
Spencer even added that they are developing Microsoft Project Scorpio neatly balanced to cater the components needed by the consumers and gamers. The company founded by Bill Gates earlier teased that it would be a little pricey than Xbox One S as it would be a premium game console. Hence, the game enthusiasts should expect a higher price as it is trying to reach the demands of the higher-end users.
