The New Year welcomed a new update for "Diablo 3" gamers, as Blizzard released Update 1.15 just last week. The update provides support for PS4 Pro, but gamers found that it offers 1080p at lowest resolution. There were also several additions to "Diablo 3" that came with the update, including Legendary items, class-specific items, and other bug fixes that addressed current issues.

According to a previous report from PlayStation Lifestyle, the 598MB Update 1.15 for PS4 provides PS4 Pro support, but offers 1080p at lowest resolution. It was released just in time for the 20th Anniversary event in which gamers received a slew of in-game goodies across several Blizzard games.

The latest update for "Diablo 3" however, claims that the resolution of the game on PS4 Pro changes depending on the environment of the game. Digital Foundry reported that the game will showcase native 4K for areas in the game that are indoors, such as the Cathedral dungeon and New Tristram tavern where there are no enemies. However, it seems that the case is different for outdoor scenes.

In addition, the "Diablo 3" Update 1.15 also provides great resolution for gamers who are stuck with 1080p screens. In fact, the update that provides PS4 Pro support also supersample and aliasing for those with 1080p screens. However, gamers may notice that graphics elements such as the ability calldown icon at the bottom of the screen are still stuck at what looks like 1080p.
