‘Peaky Blinders’ Season 4 News & Update: Steven Knight Teases Show As ‘The Best Yet’; Filming About To Start
"Peaky Blinders" Season 4 is about to start its filming as its creator Steven Knight teased the future of the show. The executive producer of "Taboo" talked about the much-awaited crime drama revealing an update to its script.
In an interview with Deadline, Knight revealed that he is now excited as he just completed the sixth episode of "Peaky Blinders" Season 4. In fact, he even described it as "the best" the show has to offer yet. The film director even described his work as something he loves that can be called as a labor because he loves doing it. It is, too, a reward for him that the boys love his script and they are all back to start filming in March.
In a description of his statement "the boys," it means that Cillian Murphy is not the only who's back but the all of the actors in the Shelby clan and Tom Hardy as well. The 39-year-old "Mad Max: Fury Road" star is definitely back in "Peaky Blinders" Season 4 as Knight admitted that they can't do the show without his role as Alfie Solomons.
Meanwhile, it has been known that the third season of "Peaky Blinders" ended with a surprise when almost all of the Shelby clan was arrested and put behind the bars. The show's lead actor Murphy described that his family thinks that he has betrayed them, thus it will be up to his role as Tommy to prove that he hasn't let them down. As a matter of fact, the 40-year-old actor told Digital Spy that he has bigger plans in "Peaky Blinders" Season 4
Meanwhile, the "Inception" star also revealed before that "Peaky Blinders" Season 4 will start filming in March. The first two seasons of the show have been revealed with one year gap while the second and third seasons have one year and a half interval. Hence, if the new chapter will have the same intermission, fans can expect to see "Peaky Blinders" Season 4 in the spring of 2018 on the BBC.
