PlayStation Plus Free Games Latest News & Update: ‘Gravity Rush Remastered’, ‘Alienation’ Possible for February Lineup
There are still a couple of weeks left this January meaning time is running out for those who haven’t gotten the PlayStation Plus free games for the month. The game offers differ per region (US, Europe, and Asia) with some possibly getting recycled and offered to regions for the coming month.
Asia, for example, has its own roster of PlayStation Plus Free games which are different from the US and Europe. Some were reportedly disappointed with the freebies though there are credible games worth offering. As mentioned in a previous post, the game offering for January included “Days of Tentacle Remastered”, “The Swindle” and “Titan Souls” for the PS4 and PS Vita. Other titles include “This War of Mine: Little Ones” and “Azkend 2”.
The roster is different for Asia subscribers and some games from the PlayStation Plus program could make its way towards the US and Europe market. Among the titles include “Gravity Rush Remastered” and “Alienation”. Of the three, offering “Gravity Rush Remastered” for the PlayStation Plus free games for February makes sense with “Gravity Rush 2” set to come out on Jan. 20. Such could help in the boosting efforts of the sequel, Forbes reported.
“Alienation” could be possible for the PlayStation Plus free games for February as well, an RPG shooter game that allows players to play in groups. It is one of the free games offered in Asia this month. If neither of the titles strikes a tune, there is the Japan PS Plus Network Store which could be a source for additional game titles to check out.
Among the titles over there that could make its way into the PlayStation Plus, free games for February include “Killzone: Shadowfall” which was offered in December 2014. There is also “The Evil Within” which was offered in Japan in July of last year. With a couple of weeks to go, it will be interesting to see what new games will be offered. Could these suggested titles be up for grabs next month?
