'Rick and Morty' Season 3 News & Update: Justin Roiland, Mike McMahan Hint at Show's Return; Artwork Now Available Online
Fans of "Rick and Morty" were recently disappointed to find out that season 3 wasn't airing on January 9, contrary to a listing found on IMDB. The show's Justin Roiland immediately took to Twitter to debunk the rumor about a season premiere happening on that date, disheartening fans all over the world. However, Roiland and Mike McMahan recently hinted at the show's return. The two once again took to Twitter to question when "Rick and Morty" season 3 will air.
A tweet from Justin Roiland today, January 15, echoes the sentiments of "Rick and Morty" season 3 fans. Roiland took to Twitter to question where the third season of the show is, and the same tweet was retweeted by writer Mike McMahan. There are infinite possibilities with these tweets, as it may indicate that the third season is well on its way to Adult Swim very soon.

A grim possibility, however, is that there is delays in delivering "Rick and Morty" season 3 on air. Of course, fans who are eager to see the show back on air are hoping for the former, and are also hoping that an official announcement would be made soon. As of now, both the network and the people behind the show have kept mum on when "Rick and Morty" season 3 will premiere.
Recently however, Los Angeles-based art gallery called Gallery 1988 held an art show that featured "Rick and Morty" artwork. Roiland was on hand to pick up a few pieces of art, which he showcased on Twitter. Now that the event is over, though, fans of the show who were not able to make it to the art show can now purchase the art online. There are a lot of "Rick and Morty" themed artwork, with price tags ranging from $20 to $600 and more.
