Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are getting serious indeed! The latest news surrounding the new couple is that they may have gone on a double date at the Kensington Palace with Kate Middleton and Prince William. Some have been wondering why it has taken this long for Princess Kate to meet Markle, who has been dating Prince Harry for some time.

According to OK! UK, Meghan Markle and Prince Harry took a trip to Kensington Palace, where they met with Kate Middleton. A source said that the Duchess of Cambridge was "really looking forward" to meeting the actress. It seems that Prince Harry isn't the only one who's smitten with Markle, as the actress has gotten along well with Princess Kate as well.

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle had just came back from a trip to Norway when they met with Kate Middleton in Kensington Palace. Sources close to Prince Harry claim that the two are serious about the relationship, with the prince putting in a lot of effort to making their first holiday together really special. Meanwhile, People reported that Markle even met Princess Charlotte while at Kensington Palace.

Because Kate fills in the shoes of a big sister to Prince Harry, it was important for him that the two women meet. When they finally did meet, Markle gave Princess Kate a leather-bound dream diary, which the Duchess really appreciated. Meanwhile, it seems that drama is brewing in the Markle family as Yahoo! UK reported that Markle's half-brother was arrested for unlawful use of a weapon.

Markle's half-brother, Thomas Markle Jr. was arrested following an altercation with a woman. He was pointing a gun at her menacingly and was arrested shortly thereafter. He posted bail but will go to court for the charges filed against him.
