Bethesda's ‘The Elder Scrolls 6’ & ‘Fallout 4’ Might Have The Same Fate As Fans Get Frustrated With The Wait
Bethesda has been known for developing games a little longer compared to others, but the result of it is invaluable AAA titles. Five years after the fifth chapter of "The Elder Scrolls" series, the video game developer is still being mum if "The Elder Scrolls 6" will be in the works. Hence, a lot predict that Bethesda is now busy preparing the game.
The development of Bethesda's "Fallout 4" also took a long while, thus fans believed that "The Elder Scrolls 6" would have the same fate. The action role-playing video game took five years to make and the game developer only announced it a couple of months before its official launch in 2016.
Although it looks like the two title's fate will be pretty the same, Pete Hines revealed on his Twitter page that the much-awaited title won't be released until "eventually," Daily Sun reported. Hines' tweet might only mean that Bethesda has no solid plans for "The Elder Scrolls 6" just yet. There are strong assumptions that the video game company is more focusing on creating "Fallout 4 VR" after the announcement of bringing it to the Vive VR system.
However, according to Neurogadget, in another tweet of the company's vice president, he claimed that there won't be much development will be seen from them about "Fallout 4." With that said, many assume that they might be working on "The Elder Scrolls 6" today, knowing that Bethesda only has two game franchises being developed.
There are also news circulating that Bethesda is intentionally releasing a series of reports about the new installment of "The Elder Scrolls." But the gaming community is starting to be disappointed as the company refuses to give any details about "The Elder Scrolls 6" until it is set to be released. In fact, Hines admitted that they only confirmed the game's coming to stop fans from speculating.
