'Injustice 2' News & Update: NetherRealm Announces Beta for PlayStation 4, Xbox One; Sign Up Here
Later this year in May, NetherRealm Studios will release the DC-character based fighting video game "Injustice 2," the sequel to 2013's "Injustice: Gods Among Us." The game will be playable on Xbox One and PlayStation 4, and will also be available on iOS and Android devices. Ahead of its release, however, NetherRealm has announced that they will be holding a beta test very soon.
In fact, they're already accepting registrations for the event. According to Polygon, NetherRealm took to their official website to make the announcement and invite gamers to participate in the "Injustice 2" beta, which does not have a launch date as of now. They did promise, however, to provide additional details very soon. In the meantime, the studio also recently announced the Digital Deluxe and Ultimate editions of "Injustice 2."

According to IGN, the Digital Deluxe and Ultimate editions of "Injustice 2" will feature a slew of extra content. Gamers who are looking to purchase the Digital Deluxe edition will enjoy three more DLC fighters, the Power Girl premier skin, as well as a gear shader.
Meanwhile, Ultimate Edition purchasers will receive as much as nine DLC fighters, three premiere skins, and a couple of gear shaders. "Injustice 2" gamers should know that there will be three unannounced heroes who will serve as the alternate "Premier Skins" for other characters. These include Power Girl as a playable Supergirl skin, Reverse-Flash as the Flash, and John Stewart's Green Lantern as Hal Jordan's character of the same name.
"Injustice 2" arrives on Xbox One and PlayStation 4 on May 16. In the meantime, make sure to register for the beta at injustice.com.
