"Ghost Recon Wildlands" isn't arriving until March 7, so to tide fans over during the wait for the upcoming open world tactical shooter video game, Ubisoft released some treats for eager fans. First of all, there's the single-player campaign footage, with 20 minutes worth of action, and the live action trailer from "Die Hard" director John McTiernan. We break down both here.
According to GameSpot, Ubisoft released single-player campaign footage of the upcoming "Ghost Recon Wildlands," which will soon be playable on Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and PC. In the 20-minute video, gamers will find the player infiltrating a church and nabbing a bible. It features the main gamer and three AI-controlled teammates that the gamer can order around.
Players who are anticipating "Ghost Recon Wildlands" can also check out the weather temperament in the game, as well as its day and night system. Per PlayStation Lifestyle, the 20-minute single-player campaign footage of "Ghost Recon Wildlands" also features character progression and customization, so that's something fans of the franchise can look forward to as well. Gamers who are looking to join the beta should do so by visiting Ubisoft's official website and signing up.
Meanwhile, in other "Ghost Recon Wildlands" news, fans are now treated to a live action trailer from none other than "Die Hard" director John McTiernan. Nerdist reported that the new live-action trailer is titled "The Red Dor," and is a short, 90-second clip of the U.S. Army's elite force on a mission to eliminate some targets.
If you think this trailer is too short, worry not as McTiernan shot another trailer that should be out soon. "Ghost Recon Wildlands" is developed by Ubisoft and directed by Eric Couzian. The game will be released on March 7 to PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Windows PC.
