The Acer TravelMate Spin B1 is categorized as an entry notebook which both students and business professionals may find interesting. Standard usage modes include a laptop, stand, tent, and tablet, offering business and educational folks flexible and protected presentations or media entertainment when called for. Though there are other devices offering something similar, the stylus and support for Windows Ink broadens the possibilities with the latest device from Acer.
Other notable specs for the Acer TravelMate Spin B1 include a battery that can last for up to 13 hours. This will likely vary, depending on what users will do with it. Regardless and with reference to the rugged make, it shouldn’t come as a surprise to see the notebook armed with a bulky battery to support that battery longevity claim. Acer revealed the laptop at CES 2017, a Chromebook built for heavy use.
The Acer TravelMate Spin B1 is an 11.6-inch laptop running on Windows 10 Pro that boasts of the same transformability the Microsoft Surface Pro series has been known for. Internally, the notebook comes powered by an Intel Pentium SoC, a 3.5 mm headphone jack and SD card reader. It comes with USB 3.0 and 3.0 ports, HDMI and the traditional wireless and Bluetooth connectivity options, CNet reported. It is expected to come out by the second quarter of 2017.
