‘Outlander' Season 3 Behind The Scenes: Gary Young May Just Have Joined As Mr. Willoughby

"Outlander" season 3 may just found their very own Mr. Willoughby if the Twitter posts were true. The rumors are rife that Gary Young may just be cast on the show as the highly-anticipated Mr. Willoughby.

"Outlander" season 3 has been making headlines after the series was picked as People's Choice Awards Favorite TV Show. More so when rumors of a brewing real-life romance started swirling on the Internet. The curious and the fans alike are getting into the "Outlander" craze, trying to squeezing in as much information as they can. Now, a series of tweets and posts are making rounds on the Internet suggesting that Mr. Willoughby has finally been cast.

Several fan-based accounts like Outlander Daily is suggesting Gary Young may be portraying the highly-anticipated Gary Young, according to OutalnderBTS. Please take note however that the production hasn't confirmed the rumors but the followers of the series are positive that it was Young they spotted filming in Edinburgh for "Outlander" season 3. Young is popularly known as Te Junior in the sequel "Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon: Sword of Destiny" and also appeared in "The Most Fun You Can Have Dying."

More so, if indeed it was Gary Young they saw in the sets of "Outlander" season 3, it's unclear if he will be portraying the controversial Mr. Willoughby. In Diana Gabaldon's book series, Mr. Willoughby is a just a nickname and the character's real name is Yi Tien Ch,o according to Outlander Wikia. He plays a pivotal role in Jamie's (Sam Heughan) life. Jamie and Mr. Willoughby will cross paths as the former tries to save the latter from trouble.

"Outlander" season 3 will soon wrap up production in the summer. Starz hasn't released a definite premiere for the series yet. So better stay tuned to get the latest update on "Outlander" season 3.
