It's been a week of celebrity pregnancy announcements, with of course Beyonce making headlines. But she isn't the only expectant mother in Hollywood right now, as "Brooklyn Nine-Nine" star Chelsea Peretti is also expecting first baby with husband, "Key and Peele" star Jordan Peele.

The pair, who surprised everyone with news of their elopement in April last year, are now starting their family. This may explain why Peretti's "Brooklyn Nine-Nine" character may be taking a hiatus from the show. The last time "Brooklyn Nine-Nine" was on FOX, we found Peretti's Gina getting hit by a bus. While this may come off as a violent way for a character to exit a show, keep in mind that this is a comedy and may not really see the end to the iconic Gina.

Now that Chelsea Peretti is expecting first baby with husband "Key and Peele" star Jordan Peele, she may be taking a break off "Brooklyn Nine-Nine," or have to hide behind baggy clothing or large props to keep her baby bump hidden. According to People, Peretti took to Instagram to share the news that she is expecting first baby with husband "Key and Peele" star Jordan Peele.

The actress also took a dig at Beyonce's pregnancy announcement, albeit jokingly. This isn't the first time a "Brooklyn Nine-Nine" star has gotten pregnant. Back in March last year, Melissa Fumero also gave birth to her first baby with her husband David Fumero. The show did not hide her pregnancy, however, and even wrote it into an episode wherein Amy was undercover as a pregnant criminal.

"Brooklyn Nine-Nine" is set to return with new episodes in April, and in the meantime, fans are speculating what will happen to Peretti's Gina when the show comes back. In the meantime, fans are congratulating Chelsea Peretti, who is expecting first baby with husbadn "Key and Peele" star Jordan Peele.
