‘Red Dead Redemption 2’ Release Revealed; More About Returning Characters, Locations & Maps
Video game enthusiasts will be happy to know that the much anticipated game, “Red Dead Redemption 2” is finally coming. After over a year of waiting, the second installmet is almost set to come to the Xbox One and PlayStation 4 (PS4). Here's the details you need to know about this game.
When will the game be available?
Although no specific date is announced so far, publisher Rockstar Games has said that the western action-adventure video game “Red Dead Redemption 2” will be launched in autumn this year. You can start pre-ordering the game from now onwards via the retailers such as GAME, GameStop, and Amazon. The price of the game is expected to vary between $57and $75 (£46 and £60).
What are the changes in "Red Dead Redemption 2"?
According to Eurogamer, the upcoming “Red Dead Redemption 2” is going to appear as a prequel, not a sequel. While the other things will almost be same, the railway connectivity will be missing on the new map. As far as design is concerned, the gamers will surely entertain an umpteen number of typical places to see such as towns, gang hideouts, dams, caravan camps, tall trees, landmarks, prisons, robbery locations, homesteads, great plain areas et al, and the most interesting thing is that all these locations will be marked on the map.
Apart from all these, certain characters from the first game are expected to return. The important character and protagonist John Marston (a former outlaw) may have at least a cameo in “Red Dead Redemption 2”.
A report published by Express reported that one retail chain recently advertised the release date as Oct. 2, while one more retailer claimed that the game would be released at the end of October. Since, October and November are considered the busiest months of the year and witness majority of the video game releases, hence these two predictions seem sensible.
