Niantic has a long way to go when it comes to enabling features for “Pokemon Go”. The problem is that there is no official timetable on when these may be activated though most are under the impression that it will go down by the Spring. Assuming this is the case, what do players have to look forward to?

Thanks to some data miners, there are breadcrumbs once more on what to expect. That includes possibly seeing three new pocket monsters for “Pokemon Go” – Cyndaquil (Fire type), Totodile (Water type), and Chikorita (Grass type). Aside from these critters, there is also the much-awaited Pokemon trading and how baby Pokemon will evolve through an augmented reality player’s journey, Slash Gear reported.

In the past months, anticipation has been kept at a certain level for “Pokemon Go”. Some are still in waiting while others have somewhat given up. Regardless, something is expected to crop up soon – possibly once Niantic is settled in. For now, they are busy with the Valentine’s Day event for gamers – an event to technically kick off their 2017 campaign.

For Valentine’s Day, “Pokemon Go” players can expect double candy hauls and the “Pink Pokemon”. The new “Pokemon Go” character should be similar to previous special pocket monsters being offered though high-level players may have better chances crossing paths with this special Pokemon, Forbes reported. With these new features, expect AR players to pull out plenty of stops like using lures or even cracking those Pokemon Eggs.

As far as the “Pokemon Go” Gen 2 issue is concerned, most are factual for now. Codes show the yet-to-be-enabled trading feature and the Baby Pokemon. When added as a Buddy Pokemon, expect your avatar to hold a baby in their arms – at least while the pocket monster is in the infancy stages. On how fast it will grow remains unknown for now.
