"How To Get Away With Murder" season 3 will see a lot of shocking twists, which revolves around the mysterious murder of Wes. According to latest spoilers, Nate will be in trouble after he gets suspected of killing Wes.

"How To Get Away With Murder" season 3 is still revolving around the mysterious death of Wes (Alfred Enoch), which once brought Annalise Keating (Viola Davis) behind bars. However, last week's episode of "How To Get Away With Murder" season 3 revealed Detective Nate Lahey's (Billy Brown) involvement in Wes' murder, Variety reported. A flashback to the night of the house fire revealed that Nate walked into Annalise's house and came face-to-face with Wes just before he died.

In last week's episode of "How To Get Away With Murder" season 3, fans saw Laurel (Karla Souza) break down as she attended Wes memorial service. Seeking help from Nate, she begged him to take her in to see Wes' body, however, when he unzipped the body bag, it contained another body. Later on, Nate was called in to speak with Atwood (Milauna Jackson) and Denver (Benito Martinez), who confronted him of signing the papers that allowed Wes' body to be transferred.

In an interview with TV Line, Billy Brown said that Nate is only loyal to himself, pushing the idea that someone has forged his signatures on the transfer papers. However, it won't be a piece of cake to guess who forged his signature and Brown refused to offer more information on the matter. Meanwhile, Annalise is bent on having her revenge, according to the official synopsis for the next episode of "How To Get Away With Murder" season 3.

After being released on bail, the tough-as-nails lawyer plots her revenge to take down Atwood and Denver. The last episode of "How To Get Away With Murder" season 3 also revealed that the Keating 4 is also under investigation. Bonnie (Liza Weil) stumbled on this bit of information when she discovered the District Attorney's Office is teeming with files on Annalise and the Keating 4.
