"The Voice" Season 12 is just around the corner and fans have seen various well-known personalities in those famous spinning seats over the years. Blake Shelton and Adam Levine recently got candid about who they would like to see in their chairs if they ever leave the show.

Levine told Yahoo! Music, "Well I am irreplaceable." Levine added that he feels he is an excellent coach and he never wants to take a season off. However, if he does decide to take a break from "The Voice," it will be forever.

Levine and Shelton Reveal Their Choices

Levine sounded humble though, when he shared that when the day comes for him to quit, there will be very few people he would like to see taking his position. But, he would make an allowance for Bruno Mars since he feels that the latter is great. Levine also has a favorable opinion about Justin Timberlake in case the latter is free enough to handle it.

When Shelton was asked the same question, he appeared a little pensive. His fellow coach Alicia Keys suggested the name of Christ Stapleton but Shelton did not seem to agree. He felt that Christ is too shy and sweet for the position. Shelton would rather prefer to see David Lee Roth in his chair if a scenario like that occurs.

Gwen Stefani Handles Her Anxiety In Interesting Manner

In other news, Entertainment Tonight reported that while Shelton and Gwen Stefani may be in love, things would be different on the show. Shelton revealed that there have been various funny moments on set. But what happens when Team Stefani competes with Team Shelton?

Shelton came up with an interesting reply. He said, "She is sleeping on the couch, that is what happens." He also added jokingly, "She will be in the dog house."

Viewers can expect more girl power in the form of Keys and Stefani this time around. Tune in to NBC for the premiere of "The Voice" Season 12 on Feb. 27.
