Conor McGregor Says He Will Knock Floyd Mayweather Out; Adds Latter Is A Boxer, Not A Fighter

Conor McGregor has recently spoken about Floyd Mayweather. This time McGregor claimed that Mayweather is not a true fighter, but a boxer.

A report from For The Win stated that the famous UFC fighting champion, Conor McGregor believes that Floyd Mayweather is not a true fighter and instead "just" a boxer. McGregor is sure that he could beat Mayweather in the fighting ring anytime.

Is the Conor McGregor V. Floyd Mayweather Fight Possible?

McGregor continues to throw verbal assault against Mayweather during a recent interview. Apparently, Conor McGregor thinks that Floyd Mayweather has not been fighting for four decades and thinks he was just boxing the entire time.

"He has been boxing for 40 years," McGregor said. "There is a big difference between boxing and fighting. Boxing is limited fighting with a specific rule set. Fighting is true, where you can do anything.”

The Irish fighter apparently wants to get a good fight with Mayweather, however the latter insists that he already retired from the fighting ring. But, that does not stop him from throwing trash talks to the phenomenal boxing champion.

"He is 40 years of age. He is a little, he has got a little head on him," McGregor added. "Honestly, my fist is bigger than his head. I sleep people. I put people unconscious. I’m stating facts."

Conor McGregor Maintains Confidence

The New York Post also stated that McGregor continues to maintain his confidence when it comes to his fighting skills. He continues to boast his best, while explaining that he would win against Mayweather if given the chance to fight.

Reports claimed that the taints of Conor McGregor adds fuel to the feud rumors thrown against Floyd Mayweather. As of this date, Mayweather is yet to respond to the UFC fighter's verbal assault.
