Country music fans were shocked after Blake Shelton and Miranda Lambert admitted they are getting divorced. However, it is only recently that the "Vice" singer opened up her side of the story about their split.

A new report from Us Weekly's Nov. 30 issue suggested that the alleged reasons behind the divorce of Blake Shelton and Miranda Lambert have been unveiled. The supposed reasons were revealed including cheating reports and "The Voice" coach's busy schedule.

Blake Shelton And Miranda Lambert's Alleged Divorce Reasons
Shelton and Lambert performed a duet years ago, when he was still married to Kaynette Gern. The "Came Here To Forget" singer admitted that he knew he was falling for Lambert even if he was already married. Shelton and Gern then got divorced and he started dating Lambert for four years. The "Sangria" singer and Lambert got married in 2011.

However, the publication stated that Shelton and Lambert's marriage was eventually shaken. The ex-couple's busy schedule due to touring and his involvement in the hit TV series, "The Voice" affected their relationship. Rumors suggested that they barely had time to see each other anymore.

“This time last year, there was no light at the end of the tunnel for me, personally,” Shelton previously admitted in an interview. “There was a point there where I thought I didn’t even want to exist anymore. I told people I wished I could go into a coma and wake up a year from now.”

To add insult to injury, Shelton reportedly even thought that Lambert was cheating on him with their friend, Chris Young. However, the cheating allegation was untrue and the ex-couple remains to be friends with Young. Shelton also had his share of cheating rumor, but the identity of the woman remains to be unknown. Apparently, he cheated on Lambert to get back at her.

Today, Shelton is happy with his girlfriend, Gwen Stefani, while Lambert is with Anderson East. The ex-couple never confirmed and unveiled the reasons to their divorce up to date.

Meanwhile, even though Lambert has taken a step back from the spotlight after getting divorced, she continues to be a successful country icon. Rare Country unveiled that some country singers even look up to the "Over You" singer.

The legendary acts including Tanya Tucker, Collin Raye and Mark Chesnutt all admired Lambert and her music. Chesnutt says he likes Lambert's independent spirit, while Raye loves her style of music, as it do not sound the same. “I think Miranda Lambert is great. I really enjoy her," Tucker said.

As of recent, Miranda Lambert and Blake Shelton have stayed mum about the real reasons for their divorce. Thus, readers are advised to take this report with a grain of salt.
