Beyonce and Jay-Z surprised attendees of a pre-Oscar party last weekend. The power couple decided to attend the event of The Weinstein Company, which was hosted by Heineken and Grey Goose, at the the Montage Beverly Hills.

Beyonce and Jay-Z looked stunning, as they made entrance with a number of security guards and sat as they watched performers of the night. It even came to a point where Harvey Weinstein requested performers Corbin Bleu, Cynthia Erivo, and Chris Jackson to repeat their number so the two can watch them entirely.

The trio performed songs from "In The Heights," an upcoming film adaption, Us Weekly said in a report. The film adaptation is from the play of Lin-Manuel Miranda. Jay-Z is also the producer of the musical film.

Beyonce, who is heavily pregnant with her twins with Jay-Z, donned a long sleeved teal dress that perfectly hugged her growing baby bump. She decided to let her long wavy hair flow freely in front of her shoulders, while she beamed with the guests who greeted her. Meanwhile, Jay-Z looked dapper in a black suit and button down shirt.

Also present in the pre-Oscar party were Nicole Kidman, Dev Patel, Tracee Ellis Ross, Nicole Scherzinger, Lin-Manuel Miranda, and Rachel Roy. The pre-Oscar party of The Weinstein Company is a celebration for the the movie "Lion". which has gathered six Oscar nominations this year, per In Style.

The Beyonce and Jay-Z appearance came after it was confirmed that the diva will not be pushing through with her Coachella performance this year. This is due to her pregnancy, which she confirmed early Feb. through an Instagram maternity shot.

Beyonce and Jay-Z have a 5-year-old daughter named Blue Ivy. As per the postponed appearance, Beyonce will reportedly perform in the music festival next year.
