Two weeks ago on Valentine's Day, Ubisoft gifted fans with "For Honor," the highly anticipated hack and slash game from the studio. It was released on both PC and console, and today, gamers can expect new Patch 1.03, which features changes to Valkyrie, character balancing, and requires server down time for just 15 minutes.

According to Game Rant, the new Patch 1.03 for "For Honor" features changes to Valkyrie. This being the first major character balance patch for "For Honor" will find the Valkyrie receiving most of the balancing changes. Valkyrie will get an overall buff as previously stated by Ubisoft.

Gamers should also expect Valkyrie's attacks to inflict more damage on his opponents, and have a quicker recovery time as well. As the new "For Honor" patch 1.03, arriving today, features changes with Valkyrie and character balancing, it also requires server down time. Per VG247, servers will be offline for about 15 minutes for the new patch. Gamers should expect the new Patch 1.03 to arrive at 8 a.m. EST.

Note, however, that "For Honor" players who are on consoles Xbox One and PlayStation 4 will have to wait a little longer for the patch, as it needs approval from both Sony and Microsoft. In terms of game mode, the update enables bots joining an in-progress match to be dead for the current round in Duel, Brawl, and Elimination modes. There's also an update with Orochi, whose "Riptide Strike" saw an increase on the dodge back.

Meanwhile, the update has also increased the backward displacement of the Orochi by 1.75 meters to 2 meters. That and more changes are arriving via the new "For Honor" patch 1.03 out today.
