Oprah Winfrey Will Reportedly Run For President Next Election, Thinks She Can Win Since Donald Trump Did

Fans of successful TV host, Oprah Winfrey have been asking for years if she would be willing to run for US Presidency. However, she has always been hesitant until newly elected US President, Donald Trump won the elections.

A new report from Daily Mail suggested that the success of President Donald Trump has changed the mind of Oprah Winfrey when it comes to the elections. The TV entertainer has been questioned by many if she would ever run for President.

Oprah Winfrey Might Run For Presidency

"I actually never thought that that was – I never considered the question, even a possibility," Winfrey said in an interview. However, Bloomberg unveiled that her thoughts on the election has changed when the reality-show icon Trump has defeated longtime politician Hillary Clinton, she reveals, 'I just thought, "Oh! Oh!"' "I thought, 'Oh, gee, I do not have experience. I do not know enough. I do not," she added. "And now I am thinking, 'Oh! Oh!'"

Winfrey admitted that she has never thought about running for President, but Donald Trump's success even without exact qualifications made her think that she could also win. Oprah Winfrey's followers, including Matt Drudge from The Drugde Report even added that he wants to see Oprah Winfrey in the next elections.

"Trump vs Oprah would be the most epic race in American history," Drudge wrote on Twitter.

If Oprah Winfrey would win the elections in 2020, she would be the first woman President. Her fame in TV shows would help her gain supporters day by day. Surely, it is still several years from now, but her fans are excited to see Winfrey in the next elections.

Oprah Winfrey admitted that she supported Democrat, Hillary Clinton in the past election against Donald Trump. She also promoted the former US President, Barrack Obama back in 2008.
