One Direction star Louis Tomlinson was involved in an airport brawl a few days ago that led to his arrest. Later on, the police released him but he may have to present himself in the court on Mar. 29 to defend the case. The father-of-one was reportedly defending his on and off girlfriend, Eleanor Calder when the incident occurred.

According to The Sun, pals of Louis Tomlinson insisted that the 25-year-old singer was only trying to protect his girlfriend from the gang of paparazzi who continued filming Eleanor, despite her refusal. The singer fought with Karl Larsen, a photographer and threw him flat on his back on the floor.

Larsen was later on treated in the hospital for a concussion, however, friends of Louis Tomlinson ensured that the singer did not face any confrontation.

Footage revealed that the fight occurred at the Los Angeles Airport where Louis Tomlinson was accompanied by Eleanor. The whole incident happened so fast that onlookers were taken by surprise. After the One Direction singer "attacked" the photographer, it was the turn of a female fan.

Three girls went up to his 24-year-old girlfriend and when Louis saw it, he rushed to protect her. The fashion and lifestyle blogger saw these girls filming her and requested them to stop doing so. However, instead of stopping, they started to fight and pushed her around the corner.

In a bid to defend his girlfriend, Louis Tomlinson just pulled the girls away from Eleanor and in the process, he himself went down to the ground. The footage clearly showed that his only intention was to protect his girlfriend.

Fan To Press Charges Against Louis Tomlinson?

The fan who was hurt in the tussle with the singer said that Louis Tomlinson will be going to jail, reports Mail Online. According to her, the British singer socked her. While talking about her fight with Eleanor, the fan said that the girlfriend of Louis Tomlinson just pulled her phone and the fight started. In between everything that's happening, the singer allegedly came, grabbed her and threw her onto the floor.

Although the fan is trying to make it a big issue, the footage revealed that the whole incident occurred only because the singer was trying to protect his girlfriend and nothing else.
