Blake Shelton Gwen Stefani Face Real 'Love Test' On 'The Voice'; Know The Reason Why
Blake Shelton Gwen Stefani are just rocking it on "The Voice." Of course, their 'bickering' and love fights are affecting the ratings of the show. But more importantly, the blind auditions are somehow coming across as a tough testing task for the couple.
It is more because, as usual, the country singer has been able to attract most of the top competitors, leaving a grunting Gwen Stefani reportedly hoping for the next best.
Blake Shelton Gwen Stefani Fight Over Contestants
According to Daily Mail, the 40-year-old singer continued to collect young female talent on "The Voice," much to the dismay of his girlfriend. It allegedly annoyed the 47-year-old singer that all the young and talented female contestants preferred Blake Shelton over the other coaches.
Blake Shelton Gwen Stefani were both very keen on getting a young 23-year-old resident of Nashville, Ashley Levin. To encourage Levin, Gwen Stefani said that if they make it to the finale, she has the right hook up, as she just did a country song with Blake Shelton. In reaction, the country singer teased his girlfriend to stop dropping his name.
Despite all the coaxing and persuasion, Levine chose Blake Shelton, saying that she has been listening to him all her life. Gwen Stefani lost a few more singers to her boyfriend and although she took it in stride, seemed pretty upset with all the female contestants going over to Blake Shelton. In the end, Blake Shelton Gwen Stefani were left "fighting" yet again for contestants during the blind auditions of "The Voice."
Contestant Casi Joy Makes All Four Coaches Turn
Casi Joy came out with a fabulous performance during the blind auditions, making all the four coaches turn their chairs, reports Entertainment Online. She belted a soulful performance of a classic country tune "Blue" from LeAnn Rimes' collection. Blake Shelton was the last to turn, as he already had almost every country artist that came on stage that night.
Alicia Keys and Gwen Stefani came out with their pitches, whereas Adam Levine looked just annoyed that no one was choosing him. Despite all the pitches, Casi eventually joined team Blake - much to the dismay of the others. Do you think it's going to be tough task for Blake Shelton Gwen Stefani to remain together as the competition on "The Voice" becomes stickier?
