Eminem New Album News: 'Rap God' Rapper Dissed By Melle Mel Of Furious Five; Partners With Carhartt For Youth

While fans are still waiting for a new album from Eminem, it seems like the "Rap God" rapper has been dealing with a lot of projects at the moment.

There is no doubt that a lot of music lovers are hoping that Eminem will be releasing a new album this year. However, one person is not as excited as everyone According to HotNewHipHop, Melle Mel of the Furious Five thinks the "Stan" rapper's music is "garbage".

Mel said Em and Jay-Z are posers. "Most of it is garbage," Mel said. "These are just guys posing. Jay all of them."

Mel also said that he could beat Em in a battle. He is currently starring in a new reality TV show called, "First Family of Hip Hop." As of now, the "Cleaning Out My Closet" hitmaker is yet to comment about the trash talk from Mel.

Eminem Partners With Carhartt For Youth Fund Raising

A report from Detroit News unveiled that Eminem has partnered with Cartharrt once more to help the students of Michigan State University. An exclusive collection of E13 products will be available at the Carhartt's flagship store.

The E13 clothing line includes black hoodies, t-shirts, and a knit cap with the Carhartt E13 brand logo. It is embroided with the code 313 with a styled 3 to create an E, reverse for Em's name. The collection will be available on Mar. 13 at the Carhartt store located in Cass, near the Wayne State University.

The senior vice president of marketing at Carhartt, Tony Ambroza spoke about their project with the "Monster" hitmaker. The profits will reportedly be given to the youth of Detroit who want to learn music production and write songs.

“The Verses Project provides an excellent avenue for local, passionate students to apply hard work and creativity,” Ambroza shared. “This fundraising effort between Carhartt and the Marshall Mathers Foundation ensures those in pursuit of their dreams are put in the position to learn the fundamentals necessary to succeed.”

The "Love The Way You Lie Rapper" has partnered with the company several times. The E13 clothing lines was first opened at the Carhartt store on Black Friday with limited stocks. The profits were also given to the Verses Project.

The report also added that Carhartt will be giving away a pair of black and gray Eminem-Carhartt-Air Jordan IV sneakers. Eminem fans will surely be happy about the free stuff they will be giving from the raffle on Mar. 13.
