'Legend of Zelda: Breath Of The Wild' News: Player Discovered Glitch Finds Link Walking Under Water
Earlier this month, "Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild" was finally released to Nintendo Switch and Wii U. With it came critical acclaim and positive reviews from players and critics alike.
Some have even gone as far as calling it one of the best games ever created. Of course, it goes without saying that the game is far from perfect and has more than a few glitches. In fact, a player discovered a glitch, which makes Link walk under water. Here's how it happened.
Link Goes Under The Sea
One of the most awesome experiences in "Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild" is experiencing the in-game environment. Interestingly, players can even explore the riverbed in the game. According to VG247, if your character gets pushed into the water, players can access the area. While there's nothing much to see, it's nice to know that you won't drown or die instead.
If players intentionally want to get to the bottom of a lake or body of water, they can detonate a square bomb near the edge of the water. This will propel the "Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild" character into the water, where players can experience the glitch for themselves.
Interestingly, Link doesn't swim or drown, he merely walks on the waterbed as if it's land. This new player discovered glitch doesn't bring much to the table, but is amusing in some ways.
Players Warned About Overwriting Previous Saves
In other "Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild" news, Polygon reported that the game does not support multiple existing saves. So players must make sure that when creating a new game, make sure you're ready to delete your old ones, as it will be overwritten.
Of course, a prompt will appear asking if you want to "overwrite previous save data," but make sure you know that this means deleting existing saves. To keep up on the latest on "Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild," make sure to bookmark this page.
