The company continues to grow in the worldwide market in terms of revenue, as years passed by since it was founded in 2009. Despite the tremendous success of the organization, Uber's President Jeff Jones decided to leave his position in the company. Jeff Jones' Resignation As The President Of Uber

Ride services organization Uber Technologies Inc. has been assaulted farther into agitation with the departure of company president, Jeff Jones. In a report posted by BBC, a source from the Uber stated that the resignation was really unexpected.

They think that Jeff Jones has decided to end his working relationship with Uber because the company has started to search for a new chief operating administrator and he is not included as one of the prospective individuals that the company is eyeing for the position.

But in an interview from Reuters, Jeff Jones explained his side of the story. According to him, he joined Uber because of its purpose, and the objective in building global competencies that would support the company. He also stated that It is now apparent, nonetheless, that the views and strategies of leadership that have guided my profession are contradictory with what I observed and encountered at Uber.

Jones added that he can no longer stay as the president of the ride-sharing firm. Another reason of his resignation was the battle against sexual harassment involving the company.

Plans Of Uber After Jones Resignation?

Throughout its recent sexism and scofflaw disrepute, Uber hasn't rejected that its culture has some discriminatory perspectives.So they will have a complete company transformation plans to avoid those discrepancies.

Uber, last Tuesday (Mar. 21) held a conference in which board member Arianna Huffington stated: Going forward and this time there can be no opportunity at Uber for profound brutes and they will implement zero tolerance for anything dangerous, and they will totally ensure respectable behavior of their employees as they provide them a more fair workplace environment.
