"The Defenders" Season 1 is coming to Netflix and the fans cannot wait for its premiere. Read on for more details.

Marvel and Netflix released a new teaser filled with a lot of Easter eggs, including the premiere date. The video looked like a CCTV footage inside an elevator. The news came since the "Jessica Jones" Season 2 crew announced that they started production, Counsel & Heal reported.

Jessica Jones (Krysten Ritter), Luke Cage (Mike Colter), Daredevil (Charlie Cox) and Danny Rand (Finn Jones) will make up the team as part of MCU's lineup for TV shows. Despite having some crossover stints, this will be the first time that four of them will appear in one series.

'The Defenders" Release Date Finally Revealed

Titled as "Midland Circle Security Elevator B," the name of the teaser refers to the same one in "Daredevil" Season 2. The same building is the place where The Hand tries to acquire some properties.

The short teaser shows the four-member superhero team as they took an elevator ride. It seems like they are trying to leave without anyone identifying them. Just to make sure, Jessica Jones even went out of her way to destroy the evidence.

This is where the sleuthing fans of Marvel come in. They noticed that the video ended at exactly 08:18:20:17. According to Uproxx, it refers to the release date of "The Defenders" Season 1.

More "The Defenders" Easter Eggs

But that is not the only thing. In the upper corner of the teaser, there is a IP address that links to the New York Bulletin website.

One of the ads includes a link to Colleen Wing's page for Chiaka Dojo. The easter egg hunting continues to Ward Meacham's Linkedin page from the "Moving Forward" image. According to TV Line, the advanced materials specialist is now the head of the Rand company.

"The Defenders" Season 1 Spoilers

Since battling out various villains in their respective shows, they will now deal with a new antagonist in Sigourney Weaver. The "Avatar" actress plays the role of Alexandra.

The show's head honcho, Marco Ramirez said that she is the perfect actress to play the role. Sadly, he can only give few adjectives to described her character.

"Her character is a very powerful force in New York City. She’s everything Sigourney is: sophisticated, intellectual, dangerous.” Ramirez told EW.

Are you excited for the upcoming Marvel and Netflix TV series? "The Defenders" will air all the episodes on Aug. 18, 2017 on Netflix.
