Harrison Ford Can Continue As Pilot Despite Mistaken Aircraft Landing; Here's What We Know So Far
Harrison Ford is a licensed pilot. He started training for aviation in 1960. He has also done various activities using his aviation skills, including rescuing a hiker to avoid dehydration.

Harrison Ford is a licensed pilot for almost 27 years and all throughout his aviation career, he had experienced a number of aircraft related accidents.The last incident he was involved in was last Feb. this year, when he mistakenly landed his aircraft in California.
Previous Aircraft Incidents Of Harrison Ford
Ford has been linked to flight disturbances before. In Mar. 2015, he was wounded when his second world war-era plane collapsed on a Los Angeles golf course. The star was admired by observers for his ability in bypassing more crowded areas.
In 1999, Ford crash-landed his helicopter while on a training flight, though neither he or his trainer was wounded in the incident. In 2000, Ford was compelled to execute an emergency touchdown at Lincoln Municipal airport in Nebraska, while piloting a Beechcraft Bonanza due to tremendous winds.
Harrison Ford Can Continue Flying
After the incident, aviation authorities in the country investigated about the incident. In a report posted by NPR, according to Mr. Ford's lawyer, Atty. Hoffer, The Federal Aviation Administration decided at the completion of its analysis that no legislative or enforcement action was sanctioned. Atty. Stephen Hoffer added that Harrison Ford has paid for the penalty and he even went on counseling sessions, while the investigation was ongoing.
Meanwhile in a report by The Independent, The bureau recognized Mr. Ford's great records of acquiescence with the Federal Aviation ordinances and his accommodating approach throughout the inquiry. So the actor will still have his certificates and license to fly. Well, we just hope that Harrison Ford will not encounter incidents on his next flights.
