Justin Bieber Concert Earnings Revealed
Just this year, Justin Bieber 2017 concerts have pegged up to $40 million - with tickets sold at 2.2 million. He had also headlines over 122 performances worldwide, a report from RTT News said.
Despite the earnings, some concerts of the "What Do You Mean" hit maker did not go as smoothly. In one report, it can be recalled that one photographer was allegedly assaulted by one of Justin Bieber's body guards. Allegedly, the "Baby" singer was the one who ordered him to.
Justin Bieber Cancelled Concert Case Filed By A Fan
Meanwhile, another controversy that arose during his "Purpose" tour. A fan filed a case against the singer, due to his no-show in one of his performances.
A report from Perez Hilton said that Melissa Matthai, together with her daughter, paid a $1,856.35 VIP ticket for Justin Bieber's Miami concert last July. However, the singer did not show up, making Matthai file a demand to their tickets being refunded.
She sued the singer for breach of contract. The judge awarded Matthai with the refund of tickets, as well as the cost of legal fees and other court costs. The overall cost can be totaled to $5,298.75.
Justin Bieber then claimed he was not given any papers and demanded Melissa to pay him for costing him expenses. The report noted that Justin Bieber's act of being upset for $5,298.75 is unlikely of him, amidst the whopping earnings of his "Purpose" tour.
