Former One direction member, Zayn Malik was accused of "X Factor" star, James Arthur of imitating his music. Meanwhile, former band mate, Harry Styles also threw shade on the "Pillowtalk" singer.

According to "Say You Won't Let Go" singer, he knows that Zayn Malik is copying him. James Arthur also dragged Justin Bieber's name in the issue.

In an interview with The Sun, James Arthur said, "I think Justin Bieber and Zayn have both been listening to me a lot and they basically wanna be me," he added. "There's a couple of tracks of Zayn's where he ad libs."

He admitted that he confirmed this allegation through another One Direction star Louis Tomlinson, Mirror UK said. "I asked Louis Tomlinson whether he's been listening to me and he said, 'Yeah, he's been lurking.'" the singer said.

Aside from Zayn Malik and Justin Bieber, James Arthur also threw shade on Ed Sheeran, who he claimed came "from support." While he knows that the "Shape of You" hit maker has a talent, he said Ed Sheeran got the break he had because of support.

He also listed Ellie Goulding, as well as Sam Smith. He compared his songs to them, saying his "Say You Won't Let Go" single became a hit, purely because of the song and not from support.

Harry Styles Threw Shade On Zayn Malik

Meanwhile, James Arthur is not the only one who is bashing Zayn Malik. Former bandmate, Harry Styles repordtedly is as well, OK! Magazine said.

Harry Styles, who just released his solo single "Signs of the Times" was promoting his project in the show of Nick Grimshaw when he was given the chance to pick up his favorite tracks to play. He then said, "Touch" by Little Mix. Fans noted that Harry Styles might have been throwing shade on Malik, as one of Little Mix members, Perrie Edwards was his ex.

Zayn Malik and Perrie Edwards have been together for four years before breaking up two years ago. He is now dating supermodel, Gigi Hadid.
