Bella Hadid is one of the latest rising supermodels and is following the footsteps of her sister, Gigi Hadid. The model also said she wanted to focus on herself after her break-up with ex, The Weeknd.

The 20-year-old model, who recently graced the 2016 Victoria's Secret Fashion Show, said that she has a lot more to do to catch up with her sister. Gigi Hadid took the runway scene ahead of her.

"People think we're the same and that we've been working just as long, but I'm two years behind her," she told Porter, as reported by E! Online. "I still have a long time to catch up!" She said that entering the modeling world was overwhelming, especially the attention. However, she is slowly getting used to being around so many people.

During her off-duty days, the self-confessed sensitive person, Bella Hadid said she just wants to be alone in her apartment. She said she wants time for herself, to have a retreat and be centered amidst the busy work, Just Jared said.

The rising star also talked about her previous illness, lyme disease, where she had to stay in bed for six days. The star recalled how the disease affects her body.

"My brain would get all foggy, and I couldn't see. That was the hardest time of my life."

The model, who has been gracing billboards and magazine covers for the past few months, meanwhile quashes the possibility of getting into a new relationship again. Bella Hadid just broke up with ex boyfriend, The Weeknd last Nov.

"I'm just really focusing on myself, and my work, and just being the best that I can be," she said. "I'm not really worried about what guys think about me, I'm just trying to be a woman!"

The Weeknd is now dating Selena Gomez since early this year.
