The return of "Criminal Minds" Season 13 has now been officially confirmed by CBS. Meanwhile, Jack gets knocked out by his own son in "Criminal Minds: Beyond Borders."
"Criminal Minds" Season 13 Gets Go-Ahead Signal from CBS
A confirmation was made by CBS that "Criminal Minds" will return for its 13th installment this fall, AOL wrote. The declaration has put an end to fans worries who thought that the show was coming to an end.
On the other hand, it was revealed last month that Shemar Moore, a fan-favorite character would be making an entry once again in the show's finale episode. Spoilers also teased that his character will emerge with a vital clue that will provide a lead in Reid's case.
Viewers are aware that Reid has been behind bars for quite some time now. His ordeal just does not seem to be ending.
So, Moore's character could be a savior for him and end his torment. The highly-anticipated episode of "Criminal Minds" Season 12 will be aired on Wednesday, May 10.
"Criminal Minds: Beyond Borders" Review
In other news, Wednesday's episode of "Criminal Minds: Beyond Borders" saw Jack at the receiving end, which was beyond his expectations. When an 18-year-old gets murdered in Tijuana, the IRT moves to the border and speaks to the Mexican Cartels, TV Guide wrote.
However, Jack (Gary Sinise) is unaware that Ryan (Matt Cohen), his son is working undercover. But, despite that, both of them behave like thorough professionals.
Jack tells his son, "All you dirtbags look the same to me." But Ryan's response was something his dad would have been least expecting. On Wednesday, "Criminal Minds: Beyond Borders" aired two back-to-back episodes. In the first hour, viewers saw the team moving to the notorious Red Light District in Singapore to investigate when a couple of flight attendants simply disappear.
"Criminal Minds: Beyond Borders" airs Wednesdays on the CBS.
