The first trailer of Outlander" Season 3 has been released by Starz. Meanwhile, actress Caitriona Balfe revealed why she loves her outfits in the series.

Starz has come out with the first teaser video of "Outlander" Season 3 and it looks very good. The trailer teases the painful separation of Jamie (Sam Heughan) and Claire (Caitriona Balfe), Bleeding Cool reported. Entertainment Weekly will reportedly upload the complete trailer on their Twitter account soon.

"Outlander" Season 1 was primarily based in Scotland and Clare knew what is going to happen in the future. Though she tried to go back to her own time period, she remained rooted to her past due to her emotions for Jamie.

In season 2, Caire did return to her time and her husband, Frank Randall (Tobias Menzies). Viewers also met Brianna (Sophie Skelton), her daughter, for the first time.

In "Outlander" Season 3, the leading characters will be seen traveling to Jamaica and other locations. There will be no dearth of romance, magic, death, and violence in the new episodes. The much-anticipated reunion of Jamie and Claire is something that every fan is waiting for in the new season.

Caitriona Balfe Loves Her Costumes In "Outlander" Season 3

Meanwhile, Sam Heughan told Vanity Fair that Jamie's separation from Claire was similar to "having a death in the family." This just goes to echo how miserable Jamie will be, while staying apart from his love.

On the other hand, Balfe told the same outlet about her more modern wardrobe in season 3. The actress said, "Being able to do 40s, 50s and 60s - especially the 60s-it was just such fun."

She praised the costume designer, Terry Dresbach and the vintage finds she had. Balfe further said that some of the 60s outfits were quite beautiful and cool
