The Kardashian clan is in the news yet again and it's all because of Kim Kardashian-West's "amazing diet." Check out the full update on her Flu diet below.

Following her hiatus from the infamous Paris robbery, Kim Kardashian returns with the news of her weight loss regime. She even posted the "results" on her Instagram stories.

Kim Kardashian Shares Bikini Pics For Flu Diet Update

According to The Sun, Kardashian posted several selfies, while wearing a skimpy glitter bikini in front of a mirror. In the series of images, she showcased her tiny waist and prominent cleavage to her almost 100 million follows on the social media platform.

The photos surfaced a few days after she made her controversial tweet about the positive effects of getting the flu. Kanye West's wife claims that, because of the flue diet, she shed at least six pounds in time for her upcoming appearance at annual MET Gala ball. As of now, she had deleted her tweets after getting some negative feedback from her fans and critics.

The Downside Of The Kim Kardashian Flu Diet

Aside from the mixed comments from netizens on the flue diet, the health industry cannot help but share their own knowledge on the Kim Kardashian issue. SELF shared the estimated statistics from Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). The recent surveys say that there are approximately 12,000 to 56,000 people die from influenza and flu-related cases.

Dr. David Beauther said that losing a lot of pounds while sick is not healthy at all and it might have a worse outcome. Meanwhile, Claire Mysko of the National Eating Disorders Association (NEDA) discourages everyone from practicing unhealthy methods for the sake of being part of the "in crowd."

Mysko added celebrities such as Kim Kardashian should be wary of how their posts or comments might affect others. She said that the followers will experience the bad end of the coin.

The NEDA head said that these posts might also promote various body issues such as eating disorders. On the other hand, Mysko shared that netizens should "reach out" for help from their family and even specialists or organizations.

"It can be tough to distinguish when it's a problem, and I think comments like that from celebs really reinforce that by kind of making light of the fact that there's this general obsession in our culture around weight." Mysko said.

That's it for the latest updates and news on the Kim Kardashian flu diet and bikini pics. Stay tuned for more updates.
