According to a recent report from Comicbook.com, Andrew Lincoln said "The Walking Dead" Season 8 will have several surprises for fans, which will make it fun to watch. The cast and crew of the phenomenal TV show is set to shoot in Atlanta, Georgia.

Although, the cast of "The Walking Dead" Season 8 is yet to start production of the new story, they are all ready to make 16 fun episodes for fans to tune into. The cast will take their fight against Negan in Georgia, where they ought to have epic battles.
Andrew Lincoln even expressed his thoughts and excitement about the upcoming season of "The Walking Dead." He admitted that he has always been thrilled to play the role of Rick, especially now that he has become a different person after what he had been through. Moviefone even stated that Rick is ready to face any loss even if he could die battling Negan.
"I mean, the thing that I have always been so thrilled about playing this role is the writers and the gang at AMC have always been very keen on pushing it in different directions and exploring different areas of who Rick Grimes is," Lincoln said in an interview, "which has been one of the great thrills."
Andrew Lincoln Excited For Season 8
Although, Lincoln is excited about the challenges in the new season, he added that he had fun working with Jeffrey Dean Morgan and said, "I think it is going to be a lot more fun season eight, pitted against him with a bit more push back."
"The Walking Dead" Season 8 will come to small screens on Oct. 2017, starring Andrew Lincoln, Norman Reedus, and Jeffrey Dean Morgan.
