"Quantico" actress, Priyanka Chopra has proven why she is well-admired in Hollywood. However, she still loves going home to India from time to time. Get to know if she will really star in a "Kalpana Chawla" biopic.

According to a recent report from Tribune, the "Quantico" star, Priyanka Chopra has finally returned to India after she wrapped up the season 2 of the hit TV series. Chopra is now enjoying her time off and said she is grateful for the welcome she received from the people in her hometown.

Priyanka Chopra is definitely one of the best actresses nowadays in Hollywood. Although, she is yet to launch her debut film in Hollywood, "Baywatch" she is well-known because of her work in "Quantico."

"Wherever in the world I go.There is nothing like coming home.thank you to everyone who gave me such a warm welcome as I landed in mumbai ❤️," the "Quantico" actress said.

Chopra stars in "Baywatch," together with Dwayne Johnson and Zac Efron. She will be playing the role of Victoria Leeds, a character who has a negative attitude.

Chopra To Star in Kalpana Chawla?

Meanwhile, Times Of India recently reported that Chopra will be starring in a biopic of late Indian astronaut, Kalpana Chawla. The outlet revealed that Chopra has finally signed up for the role and that it will be directed by Priya Mishra, together with Chopra's team.

Chawla is the first Indian woman astronaut in space. She died on her second mission, together with her six crew members. Her remains were reportedly cremated and sent to her family in India.

As of this date, "Quantico" star, Priyanka Chopra is yet to confirm if she will be starring in the biopic.
